DELAY???

Hi Everyone!

I am a little worried because I sent my AOS package on February 13th. They received on Feb 16th.

As I was looking, usually take one week to have checks cashed or some email from USCIS.

I did not have anything yet.

Is there anybody who sent in same period and got something already?

PS: I live in NJ.

Did you attach G-1145?

I didn't mind monitoring whether my check was cashed or not. I have attached G-1145 though so I received three e-mails from the USCIS four days after they received my AOS package. Exactly a week after they got the package, the three NOAs showed up in the mailbox.

No need to fret. Don't call them either. It hasn't been 30 days yet anyway since your application arrived.

I send mine on the 13th as well, they received on the 16th.. I got my email confirmation on the 23rd. My check was cashed yesterday. If you didn't sent the G-1145 [electronic confirmation form] then you should monitor your check that should be cashed shorlty.. but i think is nothing to be worry about, and you should be receiving your confirmation about a week or so after your check was cashed.
