few questions. im a us citizen. married my wife in PK nov last year. im just bout to file form i-130. few questions

1) on i-130, do i print her name either married or maiden name? i like to put married but here is the problem.

*in PK, the wife doesnt get husband last name but gets first instead. all the documents, birth cert, marriage cert all show maiden. should i file as maiden name and do the name change once she enters us, or should i already use married. is that gona be a problem?

if i use married name. do i need any xtra document to prove the name change? if she can get a PK passport with the married name, can that be used as proof? and also, can she doesnt have a Passport right now, can this be proven uscis later? or do i need to submit right now when im filling for i-130.

2) same thing. on the form g-325 a, do i put her married or maiden name?

3) is it imporant to put name in native language? if your native language is urdu.

also 4) 8. Evidence of bonafide marriage.?.. so far im sending our marriage cert from PK with translation, which shows names of people as witnesses at the marriage. do i have to submit desperate affidavit or a marriage cert is sufficient? to fulfill this requirement. the evidence for bonafide marriage, a mandatory requirement or just optional?

ok, let me try to help. Isn't there an option on form I-130 (#7) that asks for other names used?

In filling out our paperwork, I put my married name in #1 and my maiden name (in which passport, IDs and visa are in) for question #7.

Bonafide marriage - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2

And as far as her native language/name goes, again, on form I-130, question #20 is where you would put her name (If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her name and foreign address in the native alphabet)- http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-130.pdf

AL THE BEST...
