For what reason?

Immigration or visiting?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

what form needed for bringing family member in US?

Family as in immediate family - spouse, mother, father?

Or, family as in sister, brother?

You're a Permanent Resident - have a GC?

I-130 might be a starting point. What family member? (Children? Parents?) You give no information so...

Looks like OP came on K-1 visa and got married within 90 days but hadn't filed for AOS (at least that's what her last topic shows).

Hopefully she has a GC now.

As a PR, she can only file for a spouse (not her situation, as she is obviously married to a USC or she wouldn't have gotten a K-1), or unmarried child under 21 or unmarried children of any age.
