Hello I was wondering if anyone out there could supply me with the I-131 supplement, part 7... I cannot open it on my computer, and was just wondering what had to be written on it????

For the copy of the marriage certificate... can you just copy the marriage certificate or do you need to send in the certified copy of the marriage certificate???

We just included my full name, alien registration number and the explanation (why I need the I-131). :)

For the marriage certificate, we just sent a regular photocopy. You will need the original (certified copy) during the interview, in case you have one.

For the marriage certificate a regular photocopy will do. You may or may not need a certified copy if you end up with an interview- its on the required documents list but the IO at our interview didn't want it.
