Just a quick questions with regards the AP. I live in a border town and I am marrying a us citizen who lives within 30 miles of the border. I cross every weekend to see him and when I move over and get married I was just wondering how often after applying and receiving the AP can I cross back over to see my family?

An AP document is good for any number of entires for as long as it is valid (which is usually 1 year). The first time you use it, you'll give both papers to the border officer. They will stamp both and give one back to you. On any subsequent entry, you just show them your stamped copy. Particularly since you live near the Canadian border, I wouldn't expect there to be any problems with any reasonable number of day and weekend trips.

DON'T PANIC

As Otto und Karin said above, as long as you checked "More than one trip" on Part 7, Question 1 of the I-131, and the actual document, when it arrives, reflects that (it'll say multiple entries somewhere, I don't have mine handy right now to check) you'll be fine.

DON'T PANIC
