So, the automated response says "NVC is waiting for Biographic Forms From Petitioner" I am the USC and petitioner.. what does this mean exactly? I submitted the I864 last week. And we are preparing the DS230 now. What biographic forms do they mean??

Did you submit G325 (BIOGRAPHIC) forms together with your I-864? If not, then you need to mail it to them.

NVC is talking about the DS230. It actually means the biographic forms from your spouse (the DS230 includes lots of biographic info from your spouse). If you already send the DS230, it usually takes about 7 business days for them to entered in to their system. In the mean time, they may e-mail you requesting the DS230 even though you already send it. I know it doesn't make sense but it happened to me twice. You can see in my time line what I'm talking about.

Hi, I haven't figured out how to put my timeline in my messages yet, but I am at the same stage you are. My husband went to Kingston today and picke dup his police certificate and is mailing it along with his papers and Ds230 will get it 3/1/10 as well. I am also going to overnight it to NVC. That is all they are waiting for and they are also reviewing my I1864 packet sent in. I am hoping for a quick case complete. Maybe our husbands know each other? Wishing you luck for :star:
