just want to ask about the form i-134. does it need to be notarized or not? coz the new form doesnt have space for notary!

please help! :) thanks!

Some people are seeing the older form I-134 still floating around some websites. This older form DID require a notary signature. Just make sure everyone uses the newer form and no notary is required.

I have seen some posts where the applicant did use the old form, had it notarized and mailed it in with no issues, so I assume the older form is ok if you want to do the extra hassle...............
