i am an exception from other Americans. i don't have the attitude like the americans. it may seem on here its because all of these off topic answers. all i ask is a question then people on here calling me op dont know what the hell is that. or give me responses that is unrelated to my question. also i read the guides but some times i ask question not related to the guide and i still get answers that not related to the questions like insult. But vanessa&tony you may me see i have to answer my own questions by reading thanks for the knock in the head lol. the only reason i act like this i get answers that is so off topic almost insults.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

For someone that doesn't need our help you sure do ask for it quite a bit. Remember what I said about attitude being everything? Let's assume for just a quick moment that you do need our help in the future. What do you think the odds are that people will run to assist you? You fail to realize that whether you file for the K-1 or the CR-1 visa, this is the easiest part of the journey. The difficult stuff comes down the road at interview time, AOS time, EAD time, ROC time, etc... Still think you won't need our help?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

You know, if you hate America and Americans so much then why are you trying to bring an SO here???...Ohh and "SO" means "Significant Other." Seems you have a MUCH easier solution right in front of your face. MOVE to the Philippines!! Your rich grandma's allowance to you would let you and your SO live like a king and queen. Pick a nice beach resort island. No one there would pick on your English skills and everyone in the U.S. would happier to have one less American hater of out of our country. We have enough of those here already. And if you move to PI, then you won't come on VJ in a few months later when you have petition denial issues with LOTS of questions. I mean really....IF you hate this country and it's people so much then the obvious choice is to LEAVE! I love this country and believe we have the best country on earth! I never fought in a war but I'm seriously offended by people who live here and hate everything about this place and its people. If you wonder why so many people have given you negative repsonses, then think about what you have said about this country and it's people. Many people on VJ are veterans and have fought in wars to protect our freedoms and rights and to allow us the opportunity to be the great country we are today! If you think coming on a forum and saying you hate America and it's people will win you any stars then you have guessed wrong. If you think you can fill out those forms for ANY visa without problems, then again, you have guessed wrong. You do not seem to have the basic reading comprehension skills needed to read the guides and understand them. EVERY one of your questions have answers that were in those guides. My advice, if you decide to remain in our country, is to get your rich grandma to hire a lawyer to do this for you, since you will not be able to do this by yourself.

Duplantis - Well spoke, but I fear your words will fall on deaf ears.

HBK is free to feel how he wants about America - afterall that was the foundation and the basis of our great country. Just as HBK is free to feel how he does, so am I . I really hope that HBK's fiancee knows the type of man she's getting... Angry, uninformed and not wanting to learn.

I would certainly hate for a Mod to lock this thread. Matter of fact, this thread should go in the GUIDES as a "how to not alienate the enire online community" subject.
