i really didnt want to go to PI again but i cant do the k1 visa so i want her with me i will get marry there in the philippines the rules in manila suck for the k1 no co-sponsor i see no difference between all the visa the general rule for all the visa is a foreigner can enter an other country so why make different rules for different visa in my option its all the same the only difference the app with different questions other than that its the same

You might have done something different with the Rich Grandma, something along the lines of HER giving you 100,000 usd to put into a bank account in YOUR name, then YOU show it as CASH ASSETS for the I-134 for a K-1.

Then once yer lass is in the other island, you can return the money to the Rich Grandma.

You might have come to this idea all on yer own, if you had bothered to :

-- read the guides and

-- read the instructions for the I-134.
