hi ...i had my intreview on 26-8-2009 ..

on 28-9-2009 i got a latter say that my case is requires further adminsteritive processing ...

i have been through adminstriative processing since that time ...

whata hell is the asministrative processing ?what for ?

i wanna know am i eligiple to go to us or not ?

will i get my visa or not?

does any body know ?

i jsut want to clear somthing ....i am from the missle east .syria

i am not from binin

but i wanna know somthing ...i am arab christian guy and my fiance is maxican ...do you thing that waht make things hard ????

are they that austere ...i dont understand them but i think they are sick people ...or maybe somthing els . i am mad coz they have the right to decide our predestination...waht a sham !!!!!!!!!! i always thought that the amiricans have credibility..so i understand that no one knows if i can get the visa or not ...thats ok for now ..but i wanna know if they refuse to issue a visa for me ..do you advise me to marry my fiance or not ?i am worried that they will refuse my petition if i get marry ..who knows it could happen??i love my fiance and i wanan be with her ..not nessesary in us ..i want her to live with me in my country too..but she cant coz she is stranger and she cant live here ..she even does not understand arabi :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs: c ...that waht s making me nervous and worried about our realation...thats horrible.......

Moving your topic to a forum where you will get better answers - you are nowhere near AOS at this time.

You have to be patient if you have been put in AP - they need to do security and background checks and for some applicants from certain countries it takes longer.

Hold off on getting married until you have the decision whether you receive the K-1 visa or not.

Your fiance can enlist the assistance of her local congressman to inquiry about the case or simply call the Department of State.
