A Visitor Visa?

You would apply for one. Your chances of getting one depend on your own individual circumstances.

Your chances probably decrease in the circumstances you mention.

Your k-1 will be invalid as soon as you get married. If you get married and then file for a CR-1, you might be able to make it through the process, but I wouldnt bet on it. I dont know how egypt's consulate is, but I wouldnt bet on being done with the process in 6 months.. typically it will take about 6-8 months to get done with the process if everything goes good. There is a chance for 6 months, but your soon to be wife would have to be flexable with her plans too if it took longer.

Are you just in a relationship or is this your fiance? She must be your fiance in order to file a K-1 petition. If she meets the guidelines of the US Consulate in Egypt then can file a I-130 petition in Egypt. If the temporary move to Egypt poses no hardship to her and if you both want to go that route then you can certainly do that. She can also marry, leave Egypt and file the I-130 from the US. And of course you can define your relationship as engaged and file the K-1 from the US.

She would need to file a CR-1 visa for you - then you can come to the US.

Benifits are that you will have a greencard granted upon arrival.

I doubt you would be able to follow her back to the US within 6 months though - since your coming from a MENA country. (AP's are usually longer than that)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

She would file an I-130 petition after the marriage. That would eventually result in him applying for a CR1 visa. I doubt he has any idea what a MENA country or AP is, since that's internal Visa Journey jargon.

Applicants coming from the Middle East and North Africa almost (MENA) always endure a period of additional Administrative Processing (AP) after their visa interview. This can take from a couple weeks to several months.

So your fiance is no longer living in the shelter and has taken care of her personal matters?

Good to hear that and for the plans of marriage and filing the I-130 petition. It may take longer than 6 months for you to get the visa as they need to do security checks before visa is issued.
