I have Final Interview In March , Are they Gona Ask for tax 2009

My Wife with me since june 2009 so she cant file tax 2009 or She can do it from here ion egypt ????

need help about that so we can find a way to make her Tax 2009...

2009 tax filing is not due til April 15 2010. They shouldn't ask for it yet. That will come up when you file in America to lift conditions.

But i Heard at egypt embassy reviews that they ask the woman about her tax 2009 ... IS This maybe coz she filed from USA then she came to her husband for his interview ...

No they will not ask for the 2009 tax year, because it is still not due. The lady you are talking about just did her taxes early so thats why she used it. but dont worry it will not be asked for because i asked the NVC before sending the papers to my wife, she has her intreview in march as well.
