Maiden Name?

So I understand that on the I-485 form we should put my wife's married name on the papers unless it says otherwise. But what about on the G-325A? What about the I-864? I don't mean to annoy with a question that has probably been asked before. But the forum search results aren't answering the questions I have. Help?

If she has opted to change her name to yours when you filled out the marriage license and now your marriage certificate shows her new name, use her new name wherever, whenever.

The only place you would put her maiden name is in any part that asks for other names used. Everything else you fill out in her married name.
