How do you expedite EAD?

What are valid grounds for expediting EAD? I've searched for cases but this seems extremely rare, and the USCIS site doesn't provide guidance here either.

What, for example, if job offers are on the line (e.g. you have to take a job by a certain date or the offer is revoked)?

What if the petitioner needs to work because there's to little income for the couple to survive on?

Some input is greatly appreciated.

There is no such thing as expediting an EAD. They no longer offer interim EAD's so you are just gonna have to wait it out.

Never heard of one case, could you provide a link.

I haven't applied for a job in a while now, but I do remember on any employment applications you fill out, it ask if you're a US Citizen and if not, can you show proof that you're eligible to work in the US. If you don't have an EAD, or proof that you can work, I don't know what company would waste their time on interviewing someone they can't even hire. I think USCIS would just shake their head at that as a reason.

I guess you could have applied for the EAD ahead of time before applying for the AOS so you can work and both can survive. BUT, doesn't the SPONSOR have to be making the minimum income at least to sponsor you for the AOS, or at least have a co-sponsor for the I-864 when applying for the AOS??

Some input is greatly appreciated.
