Just about to file the AOS/I-131/I765... have a few questions?

With the I864... if we have a co-sponsor does my husband have to fill out the I864 as well, (like the I134) or does just the cosponsor fill out this form?

For the medical, so I have had mine within the past year, so i know i do not need one, do I definitely need to go see a civil surgeon to get the form filled out, or can i just send in my vaccination records fromt he medical??? id like to save money haha

who do you make the 1010 out too?

I think that is it for now... please help.. thanksss :)

Your husband is still your (primary) sponsor regardless of income, so he will still need to complete an I-864 (and all the 'stuff' that goes with it).

Wouldn't we all..

U.S. Department of Homeland Security (not USDHS or DHS etc)

You can certainly take a chance and just send in the one from your medical, but a few folks have gotten RFE'd for it. I was one of the VERY few that got my approval, and I didn't do the transcribe. One option; send it in, and then call around to the CS's in the area, ( the ones that are USCIS approved) and find out how much they charge. Make sure they understand you WILL NOT need a full medical, as a lot of doctors think you do.

If you happen to get RFE'd for it, then you'll know where to take the forms too, and it really shouldn't hold up your case too long.

Another piece of advice. If you sign up for emails, and you get one that says.."we sent an RFE" don't assume it's for the medical. I did get an RFE, but it was for something completely different. Had I gone and did the transcribe, I still would have wasted a bit of money on it!

Good luck!
