Timeline

this was on my husband's visa. it says 221g waiver. i have researched and cannot seem to locate it anywhere online. has anyone ever heard of it?

someone who had their visa issued after administrative processing will have to give you a definitive answer. I think it's probably standard in this situation. My husband's visa said "waiver under 212(i) approved on April 24, 2009"

Just means that it was reaffirmed after Administrative Processing. . .

thank you. the good news, he has his visa, they just put this "waiver" along with it. i think emt was correct, it is because he got his visa after AP.
