When I was still in Cebu,Phils I underwent a CFO seminar which is required by the law. During the session we were told that Adjustment of Status should be filed 3 months before reaching two years of staying here in the US,otherwise the alien should go back to his/her home country. Is there any truth to this thing? Thanks and God bless.

i think what you are talking about is the lifting of conditions where you apply 90 before the 2 year anniversary of your arrival? i agree with becca, you should apply for AOS as soon as possible in order to get your 2 year conditional g/c as well as Employment authorization...

08-20-09 NOA2 Received

08-26-09 NVC Received

08-27-09 Case Number Assigned
