Hi All,

Just learned about this site. Wish I had known about it sooner. Already have received an NOA 2 and package from the consulate, so just a few questions( hope this is the right place to post.)

1. I am a Canadian marrying an American. I have been to the US many, many times( we don't require visas). What should I write in the section which asks how many times I have visited the US?

2. Do I need to send copies of the docs ( passport etc.) along with the forms?

3. The Medical exam info says I have to provide the date of the interview when I call for an app't, but I don't get my interview date until I send all the required forms back including the checklist saying that I have made my app't for the medical. Any advice?

Thanks so much.

1. Be honest on all your paperwork. Write down every time you entered the US.

2. This link is for the embassy in Montreal: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...mp;cty=Montreal The info should answer your questions. This link is for the embassy in Vancouver: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...p;cty=Vancouver.

3. After you send in your required forms, then they will notify you of your interview date. Schedule your medical about a week before your interview.

Good luck!

Hi and welcome,

If you don't know every single date you visited just list all of the ones you can remember and then something like - several visits over the years, none longer than 3 weeks (or whatever applies to you). They do understand that Canadians may not remember every single visit.

I'll leave the other questions for someone more familiar with the K1

Good luck

Thanks for the info but it would be nearly impossible for me to list all of the times I have been to the US. I understand I will get an interview after I have sent in the forms, but there is a spot to check medical and the instructions regarding getting the medical app't are contradictory.
