I dont remember getting an automated response. It was just a matter of days, 3-4?

I dont rely much on the AVR, that's for sure. It drives me up the wall. Its cryptic and that ladies voice makes my ears bleed.

Hi,

I paid my IV Bill on 3/1/10. The check cleared my bank account as well.

For the last one week whenever I try to log in to print my IV Bill Receipt/coversheet, I notice that their application is down.

How do I print a copy of the IV Bill?

Hi!

Can't print out a copy of it unfortunately without the payment portal. Everyone is very frusterated with this delay!

Keep trying and keep the faith. Once its clear, you can print it out and be on your way! In the meantime, get your docs together and use the time to complete the rest, double checking. The extra time is worth it IMO!

I just spoke to an operator at NVC regarding the cover sheets. I told her that that payments show that they came out of my account on 03-05-10. She told me that even though the portal is not working I can still send in the AOS and DS-230 packets. All I need is to send them in with the barcode (e.g. found on the AOS invoice) on the forms they have sent out to me via email. She said that they are hoping to get the portal working by late afternoon today. So I will wait until later. If there is no change then I will do as she suggested and send in at least the AOS with one of the other barcoded sheets that I received from them.

ITS AN INTERNATIONAL DAY SO I BELIEVE ALMOST EVERY COUNTRY MUST CELEBRATED FOR ME IT SHOULD BE THE ENTIRE YEAR ..HEHE

Yes, that's exactly what they mean... once log in fails, that means case is complete @ NVC...

Oh okay, makes sence now. I though maybe log in fails after you pay your fees, it gives you couple of days to log in to print your barcoded cover sheets & then your not able to log in anymore. With it being down, I got worried for a sec that I wont have access to the IV barcoded sheet anymore.

Yes we do! My husband didn't even know we have this day! lol

I've never heard of anybody celebrating it when I was living in the US, though.
