Darnell/Sachinky/All VJ Freinds,

Just to update.

After seeing all these possible RFEs I called NVC to check status. I thought NVC would be close on Saturday but apparently the are open.

I was not able to access the AVR becaues they put me on hold for 53 minutes, after which I got tired and hung up. I can't imagine they are that busy, are they?

So there you have it freinds, I can't access the online portal, I can't get into AVR, and I can't speak to a live operator. I'm waiting for late night so I can call to access AVR again.

Hang tight all,...... will update after 12 tonite and get you the updates.

**** filed K3/CR1 concurrently. My wife and I both work/live overseas. The following timeline continues from the approval of the K3 VISA.

Uhhh nope havent got a reply back about ep or the ds3230 but I am able to pay the aos because the case number doesnt change in my case.

i will resend the ds3230 If i dont here anything by next week.. lol

Yep, you might resend the DS-3032 if there is nothing by next week. I still think you need to get a Successful Enrollment from NVCMontreal as same as here http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Electronic_Processing

By the way, the NVC operator who I reached is wired, it seems she does not know anything about EP

'getting the ds-3032 kit in yer email is useful, but it won't stop you, if you don't have it'

It is possible to log in to the payment portal without the AOS 'fee bill' info thats in the email.

MOST ppl get the 'ds-3032 kit' in their email because they talked to human @ NVC Hotline, gave them some info, and the NVC clerk pushed a button (which generated the ds-3032 kit and blasts it off into an email queue).

I dunno, if YOU don't have the ds-3032 kit in yer EMAIL - does your spouse have it in their EMAIL ?

I'll find the payment portal link for you - but note it's been down a lot these last 3 days, some computer glitch.

payment portal - https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

AVR said our DS-3032 kit sent from NVC on March 01 by mail, but my hubby did not get it so far.

I emailed as I said - an inqury to opt in for the Electronic Processing with a un-barcode but signed DS-3032 form to NVCElectronic on March 03. And call NVC on March 05, AVR said:"NVC has received the DS-3032, Choice of Agent and Address form. And will send further instructions within the next few weeks..." It did not say when NVC received the DS-3032, I guess it might be on March 05. According to the situation, I would like to wait a Successful Enrollment from NVCGuangzhou or NVCElectronic, or whatever, to receive my EP inqury, and change my case number from GUZ to GZO. Then, I will do next step, payment stuff

Talking about NVC operator, which one I reached, is really sucks, it seems she does not know anything about EP, only told me"you need to email NVCGuangzhou, it is the only EP email address I know, and wait for it to response", and the next day I called NVC, it was still her, with the same answer. Of course, impatient

Payment portal link still does not work in my computer

Hope next Monday, there is something really good will happen

***Note to ALL - this is specific for Electronic Processing at NVC - for a GUZ petition ***

if the AVR said it was accepted, then there's a good chance it was converted to GZO casefile number - you just need to 'get that information'.

BUT.

On any forms that you are sending in, you must use the new GZO case number .

BUT - the casefile itself, whilst in NVC EP - is firstly tied to the email address - so there should NOT be any problem with 'finding yer emailed stuff' at NVC - because of the 'email address' linkage.

Usually, an email notice is sent out , claiming that you've successfully enrolled in NVC EP AND has the new 'GZO' casefile number.

NVC is getting more wonky these days - I suggest you wait until you get the 'successful enrollment/OPT IN' email. It could happen almost any time, though - it's done on some batch queue job for the emailing. If you not have it by Monday, suggest you call NVC and get it- a human might have it there, cross-referenced with the GUZ casefile number. Maybe. A lot of this 'backroom ops' at NVC is tenuous, until more ppl report on 'what happened to them'. We're building up 'histories', though, with MTL and GUZ casefile tracking, though.

***Note to ALL - this is specific for Electronic Processing at NVC - for a GUZ petition ***

Good Luck !

-------

GZO NVC Electronic Processing

Yep, I will call NVC and get a human next week if I do not have a "successful enrollment/OPT IN" email, hope it is not HER, which one I talked with

Tomorrow is another day!!

xie xie!

As of this moment I would like to thank (gasp!) NVC for (gasp!) closing the Payment Portal for maintenance.

I know you all have that  look right now, and I think I do, too.

Earlier I decided to walk away from it all. No AVR checks. No Payment Portal checks. No VJ. No Thai version of VJ. No anything. I went out, calmed down, and had a good time. When I got back, I settled for checking over the AOS and DS-230 one time. Nothing nuts. (Yeah, right, sure.)

Guess what I found!

Where it asks for all educational instutions, we had listed the most recent 3 and put "Continued on Attached Sheet" on line 4. Well... on the continuation sheet, there were no educational institutions! What the heck?! How could I have missed this?! I've checked these forms so many times! Imagine if it had been sent it like that. Bad. Bad. Bad.

So, I'd like to thank God for using the NVC and its spastic Payment Portal (!!!) to get me to chill out and relinquish any imagined control over this case. He'll handle it. That's got to be good enough.

That's all. :D

Did your attorney suggest to submit bank statements? Because my attorney says I don't need to.

Hhhhmmmmm, honestly, I don't remember, I think so.....it just seemed common sense to me because I'm self-employed, so I wanted to give as much solid evidence for my income on the 864 as I could. I wanted to show the average balance exceeds the poverty level for the past 6 months.....so shut the he** up NVC! : ) With any solid financial info that helped strengthen our case, my attitude was "let's copy it and send it".

I must of missed a post somewhere but even though you got an attorney you still got an RFE? What does your attorney say?

He thinks a false RFE. We sent everything....I agree, I think the NVC is just ridiculously backed up and super bitchy and sensitive.....judging by the rash of RFE's they've sent out in the past 2 weeks.

Well, if you are self employed then it makes sence. But also it may just be my attorney. I told them I have 6mo worth of pay stubs & seems like they dont want to include those even though I will make them.
