I sent the DS230 on Feb 27 and they received it on March 1st.

Ok, so this is what I think it's missing:

- cover letter

- barcoded sheet

- 2 passport type photo from beneficiary

- DS230 form (signed part I only)

SJ--Try and talk to a supervisor on Monday. I'm quite certain they allow one PCC to be submitted to NVC and the other one to be provided at the interview stage for Chennai.

God, what a crummy Saturday. NVC is really churning out these RFE's like confetti. Sucks. Sucks balls.

According to the message you got, I think there is no problem with your AOS package. They are rfeing you for the DS230.

ps- you AOS package looks fine to me. I'd add the bank statement just in case. But as you already sent it, let's wait to see if they will ask.

Life2live--Please include the DS230 sent/received in your timeline. From that it would seem it is DS230 related. Go through the entire package to see if you can determine what could be missing/incomplete. Go over the form as well.

Did you send the translation for the non-English documents?

This is just a general comment but DON'T add stuff like proof of bonafide relationship/marriage for NVC. It's NOT required and only seems to cause hiccups. Use that either for the I-130 or save it for the interview. Don't send them anything they don't require.

hmmm.... I don't see anything that is missing in your package. Do you have a copy of the DS230 form? Maybe there is something incorrect there?

I imagine how you must be feeling.... why this kind of things only happen on the weekends? Argh!

One thing that I couldn't submit is

My wife's 1st marriage - marriage certificate (they didn't registered), but she is having her divorce decree from the court

Not sure whether we have to submit all the original marriage certificate of all the marriages.

My case is little complicated?

But I submitted my x-wife's original death certificate and my current wife's divorce certificate, this will provide the enough information to prove previous marriages are terminated... ?

L2L--Here's what I suggest, as hard as it is. Keep yourself occupied. Watch a movie, hang out with your friends this weekend. These are our best guesses but you won't know for sure until you speak to the operator first thing Monday morning. Call at 730AM sharp. I went through this myself, one week ago. I went utterly insane, trying to come up with charts and whatnot with what possibly could be missing. And then it turned out to be something simple, like bank statements which no one even thought of.
