you need to wait at least 5-7 business days for they to receive it..

yup yup hope to hear a lot of good news..

I will call NVC this afternoon ..I am going to give them time to check everything..this is my second day after the AVR inputted that they receive my documents..praying that everything is correct and have a great news today or Monday

Note to SaChinKy -

hey you - just a small heads up.

some folk are doing EP at NVC, not 'mark' which country they are in (alas).

If you run across someone at NVC for Montreal, Canada (MTL) or Guangzhou, China (GUZ), be sure to ask them if they are doing NVC Electronic Processing, or no. It's two different paths (paper vs electronic), even though MUCH is similar.

The payment portal stuff is exactly the same, but 'what to do next' is a bit convoluted - the EP processing is a bit convoluted, as well.

Hey - Welcome to NVC Processing.

You really should be prepared to wait UP TO 2 weeks from NOA-2 date.

Yer NOA-2 date was 2010-03-01.

The 'magic day' is when yer AOS fee bill is 'ready to be generated' - and on that day - you will give over yer email addresses and receive the 'DS-3032 kit'. Have a read? (ya - click the link) http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=3560467

It's some internal time tick, that 'magic day', back at NVC. There's stuff going on, prior, to the 'magic day'.

Remember - the Humans that you talk to, are NOT employees of NVC - they are CONTRACTORS from Serco, Inc, and don't have much power on their computer screen. THEY can get the DS-3032 kit emailed to you, also read whats on the screen back to you, and thats about it.

I have a couple of questions for all of you experts. My husband and I are on the slow track through NVC (on purpose). Since he is still putting together some of his paperwork and I am a school teacher, we are working for a June interview since we won't make it in time for April and with everything happening here at the school in May it's not a good month for me to go to Morocco. However, with June, I can be there for the interview and wait it out with my hubby. So, we are on the slow track for a couple of weeks.

That being said, here are my questions:

#1 What is the difference betweeen I-864 and I-864EZ? Is it only that the EZ form relies strictly on income on the W-2's? What are the limitations to filing the EZ form?

#2 With the DS-230 do we turn in part 2 to the NVC or does my husband hang on to that and bring it with him to the embassy?

#3 Is there a DS-230 that he will be emailed with the instruction package once the IV bill is paid or is it like the I-864 where we just print off the cover sheet and download the form from the Internet? (I will admit that there probably is an answer to this in the links Darnell gave me earlier this week...haven't had a chance to read them but will this weekend so if it's there then don't worry about this question.)
