I can do that! :dance::dance::dance:

Does it say anything about being human tho? I think the fact that we are all humans precludes us from working there. The last few staff I have talked to are so cold, stoic and plain rude. Not an ounce of compassion or courtesy.

God, Gina, I understand how you must be feeling. Three days of not knowing what my RFE was about was enough to drive me bat-###### crazy. I've no idea how you're managing this.

I'm still keeping the faith. If we use VJ as a representative population, then it looks like those who had case completes in February have already been assigned interview dates over the last 7 days or so. So next week, SOMEBODY will have to be assigned. Maybe it'll be us?

P.S.: Anyone else interviewing in Bombay?

Hubby will be interviewing in Bombay but I am way behind you in the process.

Yeah, i also sent an expedite request due to me being military and recently deployed. I figured I would try...the worst they could do is say no. I would think that if it was approved, they would get us an interview for next month, but i am prepared for a may interview and if we get an april, then that would be really good and surprizing.

Have you tried asking for help from your Senator? Again worst thing can happen is they will say no.

1st call- "No sir, we don't have your file from USCIS yet. You need to allow 2-4 weeks"

2nd call-"No sir, we don't have your file yet. You need to allow 90 days"

WTH?! It's getting longer with each call!! I really hope that's just the standard answer..."check's in the mail" kinda thing.
