Morning everyone : ( no update, I am at a total loss of what to do. The AVR still says "missing or complete information, letter mailed out 2/25" which neither I or the lawyer have received. I've talked to someone, usually rude, at NVC every day, and they all say a supervisor needs to "review"our documents and to wait 10-15 days. Yesterday a rude woman finally told me a supervisor "has our file" and to now wait 10-15 days....aaaaarrrrrrggghhhhhh. I think they see that I call daily and are a little short and rude with me. Well get off your A**ES! Today it's been a week since "missing/incomplete" information and NOBODY can tell me what the he** that is!

I received my husbands detailed PC that was lost in the mail, but am hesitant to send it with the RFE email because there is a chance it could be a false RFE and I don't want to confuse things. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH!

This is 1000x worse than waiting for the NOA2.

Good luck to you both. I paid monday, they pulled the money tuesday, and I'm still showing IN PROCESS. I hope we all get our PAID today!

sachinky - Just got off the phone with the operator. My DS-230 is being review but my AOS package is not even in the system yet. I asked her about my concern with the case # not on every pages of the DS-230 and the police certificate not in original copy, she said no worry. Per the operator, the police certificate doesn't have to be an original. I'm not sure how true that is. I hope you get your log in fail today or tomorrow:)

As for the rest of us -- GO NVC!!! NO RFE!!!!!

Gina--What does the email say? What do they need? Was it something on his PCC? I know they require court records for whatever is on the PCC, no matter how old it is, someone even had to get them for a traffic violation. I'd send it out with the email RFE. If they don't need it, they'll disregard it and you'll get a case complete. I don't understand what the supervisor is looking into? Either they need it or they don't. Why do they need 10-15 days to figure it out?

I called them this morning and it still says "a package of instructions has been sent to the beneficiary on Monday... bla bla bla"

I'll wait for the next AVR update (3pm) and see....
