I'm not so active today cause i'm feeling sick....

On hold for an operator for over half an hour now....

So now they told me that they received a package on 20th but they don't know what it is and it's in review....She also said that she will refer the case to supervisor and for me to call in drum beat.... 10-15 business days.... I think I'm going to go crazy......
