Nope, the only way to get it is to walk in to the office and show ID and get it. So looks like she'll be waiting for a week at least. And that's assuming that they have it done already... I'm thinking that they will use the disturbance as an excuse for not getting it done and delay it some more or just to get some extra money out of her...

Im not happy eather The Embassy answered my email and said that At present They have no additional questions or concerns that need clarificatione. And that its just that My case is pending mandatory administrative processing. And that they assure me that they we will process my case as expeditiously as possible and they will provide me with a final determination in the near future, And they also said that as soon as the AP is over they will call my husband to send his passport so they can send him the visa.

Hang in there, I can't even imagine how you must feel when you think that this aweful wait is over and all of the sudden they tie you case up in more beauracratic BS.

As for me, since the AVR keeps giving me the safe false RFE and is not updated, now I have to call and talk to the operator everyday to make sure that they did not issue me a real one, cause I wouldn't know - the AVR already says RFE..... UGHHHHH

This process is really hard, but in the end, when I imagine driving to the airport to meet my significant other, it makes it all worth it....

Congrats all,

Ever had one of those days when the time just flies by.

I spent this morning watching the forums, cleaning the house then a few more hours

Battling people on ebay and yet no accomplishing what I set out to do.

I haven't been able to take pics since last sept as I broke our expensive camera back then.

I gave up after a certain price range or someone would out bid me by a moment, finally I got off the puter the heck with ebay.. But low and behold my cell goes ding ebay item ending soon.

So on to the internet I go on my phone and battle the bid wars with someone, yay I won. After hours I have finally had a productive day haha now for a case complete please?
