Yah your Lawyer just made a small mistake i think. But my cousins should be reported.

I hate to see people being taken advantage of because their lack of knowledge about something. And that is exactly what your cousins are getting done! It's not that I have something against lawyers, I have something against ANY professional that does sloven work!!! That just bugs the SH*T out of me! I feel like if I can take time out to do research on something then I expect them not to make mistakes and waste my time and money!!!

Hello all,

I have been hanging around here but havent really been contributing to the thread.

But seems like the powers that be have other plans on me uniting with me wifey. If ya'll remember, I was RFE'd for a PCC from the local Police authorities for my wife. I had her submit a request and they sent out a field officer about 10 days after receiving the application. The inquiry went fine and just as she was about to go and collect it from the local police commissioner's office, there came news of religious riots in the town that the office is located with an indefinite curfew imposed on any and all human movement in the area. So she cant even get her PCC to send to me. As of last reports, the curfew still stands with no end in sight. I am beginning to think she wont be here for our anniversary after all, which is July the 21st.... sigh(!)

Well, do keep me in ya'll's prayers and keep the faith VJers...

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

Taty, NVC will email you with the RFE checklist. The AVR was saying they had emailed and I got it the next day afternoon.

Just get the papers together and overnight it to NVC.

Don't email and mail it. It may confuse them.... snail mail with the DS230 barcoded sheet and you will be fine.

(F)

Deal with your lawyer after you resolve this. Its not worth it to lose all your energy with him right now.

Best of luck dear!

So you suggest to mail vs. email? I am on hold with NVC.

Oh SJ! I am so sorry to hear about that!! Just keep the faith she will be here before your anniversary!

I hope your wife is staying safe over there!

I Agree thats why i rather do it myself then rely on someone else.

I debated on using a lawyer, but I have a friend who had a lawyer to get her fiance over and it took almost a year for that and I thought heck with it!! I can do just as well!!!

So you suggest to mail vs. email? I am on hold with NVC.

If you mail it, how long will it take to get there? I bet they want to see the "official" copy just like on everything else! I don't know if they would accept it through an email...

When we get a PCC, should it cover all time periods since the age of 16. The local commissioner's office gave us a PCC covering the dates when my wife lived since the time she got her passport. They did not cover 4 years since she turned 16 even though she lived at the same address.

Thank you! The AVR says that they sent a letter to me on the 30th also but I never received it. I though they email it but I guess it must be snail mail. So why confirm our email address each time we call.

Me and Mr. Atsleumas not in good fuction today- he still is completely stoic about this sign-in fail. He has no clue that this is a true milestone. The AVR is still the same, no interview, so he figures "um, whats the hubalalloo about?" Im so  . So, when the interview comes, and we get the email. I am going to be as  as I can be.

... wonder when I should call to confirm case complete. Julissa? Nat? When you angels gonna call
