I literally want to cry!!! If it's a real RFE, I'm going to have an emotional breakdown. I cannot handle this anymore. This stress is too much. I had our daugther early because of this stress. I cried my whole pregnancy. I cried the whole time Gisele was in the hospital. I cried waiting for my case to process at USCIS & now this?! One of the reasons I got an attorney was because I though I would have a smooth sailing, and could not handle any more stress (also I was post-partum depressed after delivery & didn't find this board till later). Last thing I want and need now is to go off on my attorney and have to deal with firing him. God please please let it be false! Please!

Dont lost your hope! Everything will be ok! Just believe in God . He will move in mysterious way! Ill pray for your baby and u will be log in fail before end of this month!

It's the J1. Was given an email address by the operator where I can submit the paperwork in. Is it faster to email or mail? To early in the morning for me now to have any emotions but i am hella pissed & emailing my attorney now!!!

Oh MQ! Don't let this get you down! You have been through so much with this VJ and made it this far! That is why we are here for ya! Give the DOS a call today and see what they have to say about it. I agree with the others when they say it sounds like a formal AP letter because of waiting for your letter for your taxes. IsA they will put it all together and call your husband soon for his visa!

I had this same msg on my AVR, and it was that they had processed the AOS, and that they hadnt processed the DS230.... so this was an false RFE... praying and hoping that it is the same for you!!!

Same thing just happened to me, same message and all - they have not yet processed DS230, but AOS all good. Hears to yet another false RFE - the operator said it could happen that the DS230 was in the mail room, hence why the status was changed.

The emotions are slowely starting to creep my way. Going back to bed for another 2hrs or so to get my energy to deal with this all when I get to work. I did write my attorney a letter. Agggggg hate how careless they are and I'm the one stuck dealing with this more then they are!!!!!

Will have more to say when I get to work for now going back to bed before emotions take over full on.

DEFINITELY email it to NVC if you can. Emails are accepted in 1-3 days currently. So get on the paperwork and email it out ASAP. You still have a chance for next week.

Fudge!!!!! Now the more I think about it, I'm hella pissed!!!! I had the f&))&'vgv waivier in hand why not insist more for the attorney to send it in. Why the he'll did I trust them this much?! Partly it's my fault for not insisting more but screw them for them to tell me it's not needed since I submitted the wavier with the I130!!!! NVC can't you look through the file you received from USCIS & see that's it's there!? Is it that freaking hard?! Or does it require to to actually get up and do something out of your ordimary routine. Is it too much I'm asking for?! I think not!!! Ok going to bed now for real but PISSED!!!!!!!!!

Tatyana, things WILL be allright - I agree with above. Put your faith in God and just visualize positively. It will be a fake RFE, dont worry! It will all work out. dont stress (yes I know - faar easier said than done!). Rememeber to take care of your baby first. even if it is an RFE, it'll probably be something so small, stupid and trivial that you'll get it squared off in a couple of days and be well on your way to SIF! take care of yourself and your baby. best of luck!

I know f)@?(, attorney, right? And the funny thing is when I wrote them an email last time they f$@?? up on my mail to NVC the attorney said "I'm disrespecting his worker" but funny thing is I didn't say anything rude but just called them out on their mistake and they felt disrespected?! How the hell do they think I feel now?!

Anyways (sorry, not in the best mood), have you ever heard of anyone emailing in anything to NVC or it should be done by mail for best results. I don't mind doing both but want it to be done the fastest way possible. I still want hubby to have a May interview!
