I literally want to cry!!! If it's a real RFE, I'm going to have an emotional breakdown. I cannot handle this anymore. This stress is too much. I had our daugther early because of this stress. I cried my whole pregnancy. I cried the whole time Gisele was in the hospital. I cried waiting for my case to process at USCIS & now this?! One of the reasons I got an attorney was because I though I would have a smooth sailing, and could not handle any more stress (also I was post-partum depressed after delivery & didn't find this board till later). Last thing I want and need now is to go off on my attorney and have to deal with firing him. God please please let it be false! Please!

Hon, I'm really sorry. This process is hard enough. I have no idea how you dealt with being pregnant and having a child. Seriously, I don't know how you did it but I admire your strength.

This process is the pits. It's okay to cry. I cry everyday. I don't even bother trying NOT to cry 'cause it's just easier to cry. I know how tough this is, I didn't know WHAT my RFE was three whole days. It drove me bat-sh*t crazy.

Try and get some sleep now. You'll find out in 3.5 hours and then we can deal with it. Ok? Hang in there.

Hmm. Well, since your attorney filled up the paperwork, I'm guessing there are no silly mistakes such as #30 or anything.

What about the certificate? All originals? TWO PCCs?

If not, it could either be the J-1 or it's a false RFE.

I hope for your sake, it is the latter.

NVC opens in 3.5 hours. Call 'em and find out.

Yes, all originals & 2 PCC's (Indian). One thing I can think of is that Dubai PCC says valid for 3mo only so by that time we mailed that in it expired. But I called NVC before & was told PCC's are good for a year. Also was told that by someone on this board & it says 1 yr on that government website.

There is nothing else I could think off. Everything is translated. 2 pictures. Hubbys certificates.

What time do they open?

Crying can be very cathartic.

You've had a child and you're caring for your child and still managing to navigate this process. You are stronger than you realise and you have people here who will not judge but who will listen and empathise and be there. I am eternally grateful that I have found out exactly what is meant by the term 'the kindness of strangers' ... thanks to VJ and all the wonderful people in this thread.

Tatyana--He had three PCCs in TOTAL, yes?

One from his local PS of current residence.

One from his RPO.

One from Dubai since he spent more than 6 months there.

NVC opens at 7:30AM EST.

So I have some good news for me ... AVR confirms documents received 30th March. Yay.

Agggggggg!!!!!! Just called the AVR & they stated that NVC reviewed my packets & found something missing and/or incomplete. They mailed me a letter on the 30th. Can this be false RFE or? Calling the operator first thing tomorrow. Please God, let it be nothing!

Hi Sachi,

After Tatyana's case update, I tried to reach NVC to chk if there is any message thro. AVR. But AVR didnt gothrough....May be I will wait till today and chk the status tomorrow.....BTW my wife called NVC yesterday at around 9 EST and spoke to an operator and she said it still under review...Fingers crossed...Hope to get a SIF by today...

What do you think it could be? Can it still be false or do they say something different for false? Aggg why did I call the AVR now?! It's 12:36am, how will I sleep now? I'm going to be thinking about it all night. Don't want to call hubby just yet to tell him because he will be pissed!

I had this same msg on my AVR, and it was that they had processed the AOS, and that they hadnt processed the DS230.... so this was an false RFE... praying and hoping that it is the same for you!!!
