Agggggggg!!!!!! Just called the AVR & they stated that NVC reviewed my packets & found something missing and/or incomplete. They mailed me a letter on the 30th. Can this be false RFE or? Calling the operator first thing tomorrow. Please God, let it be nothing!

Oh no, Tatyana--What did it say exactly? Sounds like something is off on the DS230.

That "NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete. They mailed a letter to me on the 30th indicating what's missing or incomplete"

What do you think it could be? Can it still be false or do they say something different for false? Aggg why did I call the AVR now?! It's 12:36am, how will I sleep now? I'm going to be thinking about it all night. Don't want to call hubby just yet to tell him because he will be pissed!

Yes, J1. We sent in the waivier that the 2 rule got waived with his I130 packet but not with DS230. I had it but attorney did not want to take it saying it's not needed. Oh God please don't let it be that, please GOD!!!!

Hmm. Well, since your attorney filled up the paperwork, I'm guessing there are no silly mistakes such as #30 or anything.

What about the certificate? All originals? TWO PCCs?

If not, it could either be the J-1 or it's a false RFE.

I hope for your sake, it is the latter.

NVC opens in 3.5 hours. Call 'em and find out.
