Awwww don't cry!!! You break my heart!!!

I'm telling you, you will be out of that stupid AP in no time! The email was just a formality, to give you an answer while they process your "RFE". The NVC took 8 BUSINESS days to review a copy of my visa. I know in your case it's the consulate, but they will review your document and send him an email soon!

... am here am here!!!

Im still reeling in my SIF.. its been a horrible morning guys. Have to short sell my house- market is horrible- work is crazy, and then my little light of the SIF just is so nice to hear amidst the muck of this day....

someone said once "in the contrast we fine tune" guess this is my day.

I want MORE SIF/CC and Interviews.. we are all such good noble VJ'rs... Im so happy- now I can stress on the interview date.. Im still wondering when I should call to start buggin em ...

haha - i've been bugging them daily. doesn't seem to be helping me :) so happy for you guys - now we just have to get our interview dates!

Guys!! I was sooo nervous!!!

The Brazilian immigration just came to my house!!! haha

They do a house inspection to make sure hubby is living down here with me in a bonafide marriage!!!

We had to apply for his 'brazilian GC' so they check to see if it's not fraud or something!!

I have to confess that I got super nervous!!! They even asked which toothbrush was hubbys and I wasn't sure hahahahah

Me, mom, hubby and sister lives here... and also grandma is spending the week here so it really got me!

Everything worked great at the end! It felt like I was in that movie "Green Card" hahahahha

wow - can't believe they come and check. that is crazy - even though it's all good, still scary. glad it all worked out!!! :)

did anyone else get an RFE for a DS-3032? does it take long for them to process it again once i resend it?

and what do you do if they request the DS-230 and IV package in the same RFE?? i have not even prepared all those documents yet. do I still send it to the regular address or the RFE address? :unsure:
