I bet im gonna have a LONG AP the embassy just sent my husband a letter

dear applicant:

this office regrets to inform you that it cannot issue you a visa at this time under section 221(g) of the immigration and

nationality act. this section prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with all of the

provisions of the immigration and nationality act.

in order to complete processing of your visa application,please provide the following:

your case is complete but we need to undertake some additional administrative processing. we will contact you as

soon as that is complete.

you may send the reguired documents to the american consulate General with a copy of this letter through ARAMEX

(based in ramallah with offices throughout the west Bank and Gaza strip), shaal or any other courier service. you may

also drop your documents at the american consular section reception Monday through friday between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.

Do NOT FAX any of the reguired documents. ALL foreign language documents must be accompanied by an english

translation done by a competent self-certified translator in order to be acceptable.

if your submission meets the reguirements for issuance of an immigrant visa, this office will ask you to submit your passport.

if your submission does not meet all of the reguirements for issuance, you will be given written instructions on reguired

additional steps.

WARNING:section 203 (e) of the immigration and nationality Act reguires that your aoolication be cancelled if you fail to

take appropriate action within one year after a visa denial under section 221(g).

Why dose it say sent all documents to the embassy but they did not ask for anything?

MQ I hope you call the DOS and ask them. I have heard from different people who were put in AP/AR that the DOS can see exactly what kind of AP/AR you are in and what they are checking on!

Mrs Wife - I saw on your timeline your login fail - Congratulations!!!

I called NVC this morning and a VERY nice operator told me to just send in the pics to the same address as the IV, and to print off another copy of the cover page to send with it. Did as told - hopefully it won't set us back too far - they received our IV & AOS package this morning @ 11:00 am, and the pics are guaranteed to be there by 10:30 am tomorrow.

One irritating thing - yesterday, I had the day off, so I went to the post office and sent off our AOS & IV packages, guaranteed overnight delivery by noon the next day for $18.00

Today, when I sent in the pics, there was no post office near my work, so I sent them fed ex - and it cost me $45.00 and the package weighed almost nothing!

Stupid FedEx...

But then again, it's no wonder the Post Office is broke!

when i had my sif yesterday 3.30.10 i know you and the others will follow soon since we almost have the same dates when avr entered our rfe and and last document sent to nvc.
