I bet im gonna have a LONG AP the embassy just sent my husband a letter

dear applicant:

this office regrets to inform you that it cannot issue you a visa at this time under section 221(g) of the immigration and

nationality act. this section prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with all of the

provisions of the immigration and nationality act.

in order to complete processing of your visa application,please provide the following:

your case is complete but we need to undertake some additional administrative processing. we will contact you as

soon as that is complete.

you may send the reguired documents to the american consulate General with a copy of this letter through ARAMEX

(based in ramallah with offices throughout the west Bank and Gaza strip), shaal or any other courier service. you may

also drop your documents at the american consular section reception Monday through friday between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.

Do NOT FAX any of the reguired documents. ALL foreign language documents must be accompanied by an english

translation done by a competent self-certified translator in order to be acceptable.

if your submission meets the reguirements for issuance of an immigrant visa, this office will ask you to submit your passport.

if your submission does not meet all of the reguirements for issuance, you will be given written instructions on reguired

additional steps.

WARNING:section 203 (e) of the immigration and nationality Act reguires that your aoolication be cancelled if you fail to

take appropriate action within one year after a visa denial under section 221(g).

Why dose it say sent all documents to the embassy but they did not ask for anything?

I try not to worry but i realy cant help it. I mean so people are stuck i AP 6+ months i cant do this any more. its driving me crazy.

I think people that are stuck in AP for a long time is because they are reviewing if the relationship is bonafide isn't?

If yours was just a piece of paper, I am sure you're gonna be fine!

I know it must be hard... but try to think positive!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

MAKES no sense MQ - but I think e.one is right. Your in AP, but not for the typical issue. Just what they told you. I am praying for you. Hang in there. Answers will come and things will be ok. They have to be.
