Hey Vivek, quick question for you, when you were issued false RFE, what did the operators say when you called? Cause I keep calling and I hear the same thing it has not been entered into the system in your file.... And I am getting frustrated at this point

On the day I got the false RFE the operator told me that they have not received my package. 2 days later the operator was able to confirm the receipt of the packet and told me it was in review.......and the usual wait 6-8 weeks #######. My AVR never updated though.

I know excatly what you feel but I think things are progressing as normal for you at NVC. I wouldn't stress about the AVR not getting updated.

As you can see from my post that my DS-230 was entered into the system on March 5th but the operator was able to confirm it only on the 10th. Sounds like the same thing is happening in your case.

Guys!! I was sooo nervous!!!

The Brazilian immigration just came to my house!!! haha

They do a house inspection to make sure hubby is living down here with me in a bonafide marriage!!!

We had to apply for his 'brazilian GC' so they check to see if it's not fraud or something!!

I have to confess that I got super nervous!!! They even asked which toothbrush was hubbys and I wasn't sure hahahahah

Me, mom, hubby and sister lives here... and also grandma is spending the week here so it really got me!

Everything worked great at the end! It felt like I was in that movie "Green Card" hahahahha

Thanks for the link....It does seem awefully familiar, except for it's been 10 days already for me since per AVR they said they received it and operators are driving me nuts!
