Hello To All VJ'ers!!

First of all i'd like to thank U all for beeing here on this forum, helping people 2 get through the NVC "adventure".

I'm more reader than writer, but this time I need some seriou help... so.. got RFE on #24.. I've never been in any kind of military service so marked "no" option, and that's all what i did. Do Ya think it'insufficient?? should i put something like "none" o' "n/a" in lines below??? I'm kinda lost with it.. Next question is - i'll have to fill all ds-230 again or have to wait for Mailed-to-me RFE information letter?? is it possible to send it little faster??

Thanks again and good luck 4 U all People!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's on the DS-230 right?

Are you sure it's #24? Cause on the version I have that's Mothers Info.

The military thing is #34 (which may be what you meant) and I'm pretty sure I just checked the NO-box, and I haven't had any problems. Did you confirm you RFE with an operator? What did they say?

I'm so sorry they are putting you there after they said they won't. Try not to worry,it's probably just for a minimal amount of time to check out the paper you sent them! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Make sure she gets complete info what it's about, not just a number, but also what the question on that number is. There's acouple of valid editions of the DS-230 out there.

Then come back and we'll help you through it!

If I'm not mistaken you'll have to send in a new DS-230 form. Start filling it out and check it not once, not twice but 14 times just to make sure you don't get anything else wrong! That would be a killer.

Dawn - let me know when you get your interview date - the info on the guides says it will be scheduled 10 to 12 weeks later, and I'm HOPING for a May interview date - but guessing it will be more like June...perhaps even July if the guide is true - I'm hoping it will be sooner!!

10-12 weeks, I call BS on that one. If you won't make may you most def will make june! I really hope you make may though!
