Yah And_Sam ill write an email toay so first thing monday they will see it. But they told him its nothing just send the paper the most a week or 2 and youll get the visa. Do i pu his name and case number on the subject line?

Most definitely!! I would put it in the subject line and in bold big letters to that way they will know EXACTLY who it is pertaining too! Also mention VERBATIM what the CO said to your husband about submitting the letter about your income that HE WAS TOLD HE WOULD GET HIS VISA IN 2 WEEKS.

Just tell them that you want to verify they received the letter and you are anxiously waiting for the visa/passport!

Yah i will its only been 3 days but, i realy want to be done and him haev the visa. you know. They said it takes them 2-3 days to even open it. So i hope by monday-wensday they will call him. Im gonna email them just to be sure. They said nothing about AP and there was nothing about AP written on the 221(G) on the 221(G) it said send it the letter and you will get the visa within 2 weeks. so i realy hope so im dont with this visa thing lol

I know exactly what you are talking about!!!! I just can't believe that my husband has the doggone visa but his country is being such butheads to let him go!!! He is suppose to get the travel paper next week. He better!!!! Because his plane reservation is booked for the 16th!!!

My husband talked to NVC operator and said that our case is complete and wait for email for the interview date.

So I called NVC AVR and the system didnt updated our case yet. Just wondering.. Is this really happening? Im confused what is the truth in my case. Do you guys have an Idea? Should I believe what the operator said or I believe in AVR???

If you can't signed in, then your case is COMPLETE. Give it 24-48 hours for the AVR to catch up.
