Ats--My DS230 was inputted into the system on the 18th and when I asked the operator yesterday she said everything was complete and accurate. They were just waiting for the bank statements to come in. I don't think there is an "acceptance or approval." It's under review and/or complete.

Thanks and I think I'm up for it I've already done all her docs for the interview and we've just been adding to it for the past few months. I have both stacks of papers for the AOS and IV packets here and ready to go. I just got a good dose of patients with the approval email (mine were running low), so I think I'm ready. Kick start this dammmed thing and lets ride it!!

Whooooohoooo! So I just called & got my case number & they have my correct email address.

But because I have an attorney they are sending everything to him which I asked if they can send to me too which was told they will.

Whats next? Wait for their email so I can make a payment?

You can look at my timeline to see how things progressed with a lawyer. I watched him like a hawk, and we did everything as soon as it was ready via email/electronic etc. I didn't want to be "just another of his clients", he laughs at my organization!

They were just waiting for the bank statements to come in. I don't think there is an "acceptance or approval" for NVC -- it's under review and/or complete. I think the RFEs come in about 5 days after the packages go in, otherwise you're safe, I'd imagine.

thats cool! It should be the easist of forms and packages to complete as long as you pay attention and have all the docs. (i feel like a big dork) Well the operator simply tells me that the system shows that "mail was received on the 23rd" which would have been my AOS. I think your right about the acceptance and approval. It sure makes me worry that my stuff is just sittin in a mail room somwhere not even looked at. ACK!

If all they are waiting for are your bank statements then you are IN my friend! Im thinkin a case complete for you by the end of the week and perhaps an April interview! I would sure like to see one of us get an April interview..

OK everyone... I need your input.

Do I send an amended DS230 or not? If I rush now, I can get it in the Fedex by 430. OR should I wait until they ask? My paranoid self is thinking "what if they find something else? and then another RFE would be made, and then Ill have a total of 3 RS230 forms floating around which could cause them to freak out and delay me indefinitely!

Wait till after 10 PM tonight at the next system refresh... If by tomorrow morning it still shows rejected... call and speak with an operator... DO NOT pay a second time right now or you could cause yourself days of mixups and straightening out....

alright. Im gonna wait. They just got the DS230 this am. Its still sitting there I am 10000% certain. The AOS is in the paper plane mill somewhere, or being used as a placemat for someones onion rings.. My DS230, with its little sore of an error wont even be realized for a few days. AND AND just maybe they will not even notice the "double present"

After looking at Gina's timeline, I think that's what she did. Sachi says she paid the IV bill before the invoice e-mail was sent to her and it was fine. And I just paid them both on the same day with a tiny glitch which I'm counting as me entering a number incorrectly.

The payment portal updates at 3PM and 10PM Eastern time. Keep checking after those times to see if the status went to PAID.

I've never seen any business have an issue with accepting money as quickly as they possibly can, and I can't see the NVC starting a new trend now.

Double and triple check your documents now. If it shows PAID at 10 tonight, then you can send them in morning. Woo Hoo!
