On a more serious note, how long after they issued false RFE did it take for AVR to change?

Mine was just a couple days before it showed their receipt of the DS230- then it changed to "the NVC has received blah and are reviewing blah, please allow 6-8 centuries and then YOU will be notified.

It's great to log in and see all this great news, congratulations to all that received interview dates! On the other hand I am now having nightmares about being stuck at NVC for the rest of time!

If I get a SIF before the weekend falls I promise I wont drink anymore, wont curse, wont kill anymore bugs, will plant a tree, will limit my driving as to eliminate carbon in the air, reduce my global footprint, eat more prunes, call my mother e/day, read the bible from front to back and then blog about it, be nice to strangers, even the irritating ones that dont deserve to breathe real air, give lots of money to the Salvation Army at Christmas time, volunteer as much as I can, not goof off at work anymore, stop pretending to throw my dogs tennis ball and then laff when he runs after nothing, will stop making fun of dumb people, will eat more salads, and strive to be a pillar of humanity with each step I take.

But mine already was saying that they received the biographic forms and are reviewing it and now it says missing... and then they will update back to the previous message? I'm sooo confused....

I know that feeling! But dont worry, end is near for you too. Your case was complete on the 1st of March and still no interview? What is the hold up- I assume its the crisis in haiti that has things bogged down? What is the NVC been telling you?

Gotta keep things interesting... and I think the NVC has sharpened my sense of humor a bit. We are all goin a lil crazy!!!

AVR says same msg, we received your paperwork on the 22nd & it is in review.

Talked to an operator & was told they see a packet but they are not sure what it is yet & it's still in review.

& of course I can still sign in.

The issue is the Montreal consulate. My hubby is living in Toronto, so he will interview there. They seem to be running about 3 1/2 months behind the rest of the world. Most of the people who got case completes in January are getting May inteview dates now, so I'm guessing I won't hear anything until late May, for a possible June interview.

Yes, Montreal is backlogged for a good 2-3 months. Sorry to hear about that.
