So, from the looks of it, it's now 31 Rochester Avenue for both packages.

Suite 100 for the DS230 and suite 200 for the AOS.

I am extremely busy at work but I am happy for all those who have interviews scheduled. This is really fantastic news.

you deserve it so much, we do appreciate you on VJ.

Quick update on my case, I called last night like 10:30pmEST to hear that they have not reviewed my AOS. This morning I got a RFE message from the AVR that they need additional info and they mailed me a letter. So I decided to talk to an operator to find out what is was. The response I got was that they are waiting for the DS-230pkg and that my AOS was reviewed and accepted. So the wait continues.......

sent I-130 11-18-2009

NOA1 11-24-2009

touched 03-03-2010 (recv'd text)

NOA2 03-02-2010

NVC

case number assigned 03-05-2010

emailed DS3032 03-06-2010

gave email addresses to operator 03-08-2010

recv'd/paid AOS invoice 03-09-2010

emailed (again) DS3032 03-09-2010

recv'd/paid IV invoice 03-10-2010

both payments in process (so far, so good)

AOS shows paid/printed cover sheet 03-12-2010 (will be heading to fedex 1st thing tomorrow)

i have a question. now that i got the LIF - what happens next? Does the avr update? Should i call and talk to an operator? ... interview date won't come till after operator/avr confirms case complete right?

AVR updated today :D "the NVC received your documents on - March 25, 2010 - please allow ..blah blah" I'm pretty sure it said "please call every day until you're satisfied and thank you for calling"
