HA I FRICKEN KNEW IT!!! After that operator told me yesterday to take a leap and not call back until April 16th, I talked to a really nice operator today and Tina's interview is May 3rd. At least we have a date. Now I'm calling on Tuesday to the embassy to try to reschedule it sooner. Worst they can say is "no".

So I am a little confused on the end half of the NVC.

to get the interview, should we call and harrass NVC operators until they give us a date?

or do they set a date by themselves after they forward our applications to the embassy??

turns out the medical exam will cost us over $600 in Tokyo! SO EXPENSIVE! at least he can do it early though!

wish i had gotten the PCC in february when we got our NOA2 also...

Now it says "The NVC is waiting to receive the biometric information from - the petitioner" I called to verify (be nosey and prod them for info) what biometric meant (DS230, yeh) but she didn't have any info on my AOS packet either.

what is login fail ?

When you try to log into the payment portal and you get a "Log In Fail" that means your case is complete.

First time I called, I too didnt get far with the operator. But yesterday when I called was told they see some mail from me but don't know what it is yet. Are you trying to log in often too?

No, I've only called twice. I got no where the first time at all, this operator was very nice though just didn't know anything. It seems the AVR is (maybe) working a little better. I won't call again till next week now. They've only had my IV stuff for a couple of days.

Me too & still nothing. But I would say 6th day because its business days only. But then someone would have to confirm.

Lets just hope we hear something (no RFE) tomorrow so it does not go into the weekend.
