This DHL thing is driving me freakin' insane. I'm obsessively tracking 3 different packages sent to Mumbai this week, complete with text/email notifications without ANY idea if any one of them is even MINE.

GAWD. And y'all thought I was relaxing post-case completion.

:rofl: Its just a stage... we will all follow you soon enough.

I called our embassy now that the packages that left monday and tuesday have been delivered. They don't have our package or anything. :(

She did tell me that there's no reason we won't still get an April interview if they get our package soon. She says tho, that lot's of people have their interviews scheduled before the embassy gets the package. This scares me because it means that the NVC is still deciding our fate and that they may in fact be waiting until the second week in April to schedule our inteview for May EVEN THOUGH I KNOW THERE'S PLENTY OF ROOM IN APRIL!!!!!!!

Hey Sachi... after one of the packages have been delivered to the Mumbai embassy, contact them via email and check if they've received your case. In my case, the Chennai embassy was very quick in responding to my inquiries....

Ok.... calm down. BREEEEAAAATHE. Its ok M&ME!!!! Your package will arrive ANY day and your April date is forthcoming friend. Just a lil "post-complete jitters" that I am not looking forward to, but very aware its inevitable.

A little off-topic update from a friend of mine, she just got her NOA2, after 47 days! It's crazy...where was these numbers when we were at USCIS?

I waited 91 days and I thought that was realy really fast!

Happy for them though!

No updates of my own, the operator told hubby to call back on april 16th, so I guess that's what they are counting as the second week. She also said they won't send the package until they scheduled an interview.. Well, atleast I know someone elses pckage made it to Stockholm safe and sound, haha!

We're so close now, I just want to know. Wifey has her Medical next wednesday, she had postponed it hoping they would get a date set first, but now she's ready to just get it out of the way.

Reporting on some late night drama here.

I turned off my laptop, got into my jammies getting ready to go to bed.

The Husband called to say goodnight and then remarked, "I just got an email from NVC."

Me *hyperventilating*: "OMG.OMG.OMG. What did it say?

Mr. Sachinky: "I didn't check it."

Me: "Why NOT? It is our INTERVIEW DATE, you great big doofus."

Mr. Sachinky: "Well I can't check it on my Blackberry while I'm talking to you, now, can I?"

Me: "Well then, HANG UP ON ME."

I got out of my bed, getting ready to swing into action. I turned the laptop back on, cursing the slow broadband connection that takes forever to connect and muttering all sorts of things regarding medical examinations and airline tickets under my breath as I logged into my hotmail account. Two emails marked "Packet (Family)" made my heart lurch. This is IT, I thought, happily.

Quickly, I opened the PDF files to find instructions on how to send our AOS packet in with a barcoded coversheet. Dated 03/24.

Aw Lordy, you're killing me.
