Yes... I am ...

I have PCC but RPO (passport clearance certificate).... we submitted it on march 5th.... Still waiting.

This is the last piece of paper...

Deep--Any update? Are you still waiting for those darned PCCs?

Did you attach a copy of the PS PCC when you applied? That seemed to significantly speed up our RPO PCC.

Yes, we did... we hope to have it this week or a new trip to the office.

Did you attach a copy of the PS PCC when you applied? That seemed to significantly speed up our RPO PCC.

Deb--Goodness! What's going on? How's your AOS--has that been mailed out yet?

I know - they finally located it and it's still showing at LAX... Ba$$tard$$ .. AOS is going out today. Husband didn't send because he didn't have time to make copies (he gets a pat on the back for that).

The other thing that peeves me (I know it will still get to them) ... NVC hasn't updated the street address on the paperwork. It is still showing as 32 Rochester Ave ...

The embassy told me yesterday that we'll receive an interview letter in the mail, and I should call the NVC if I have any questions. The NVC told me today that we'll be getting an e-mail and that we should call the Embassy if we have any questions.

Nothing like good solid information, right?

i cant believe this...Just called NVC and hear another RFE for passport bio page with

expiration date..I cant believe this #######..I did send passport bio page but expiration

date is on another page.Didnt know i had to send copy of that page too..My gosh.. :angry: .. I sent both packages together why only

now them requesting this.I feel so down right now...

Sassy--God, so sorry to hear about that. Did your DS230 reach after your AOS? Your previous RFE was for the AOS right? Can you please fill in your timeline?

I have the same issue as you. My passport biographic page says that my passport expires in 2002 but in reality it is valid till 2017 which is clarified and stated on another page. After all these years, it has become practically second nature to make a copy of that page everytime my passport biographic page is required for some official/immigration purpose.

Bad news Sachinky..Another darn FRE... :angry: For passport page with expiration date for

beneficiary..

That's sucks but big time. That's strange usually the data pages of passports have the expiration dates on them. Well there's nothing much you can do but send it to them as soon as possible. If I was you. I'd make a copy of every damn page in the passport. Next thing you know they'll be wanting copies of the stamps. :angry:

7/12/2008 Filed I-130.

3/1/2010 Initiated Payment of IV Processing Fee says "IN PROCESS".

3/9/2010 IV Processing Fee says "PAID".

3/23/2010 DS-230 and civil documents FedExed to NVC.(should arrive 10:30 3/24)

3/24/2010 DS-230 and civil docs received by NVC. Signed by K. StLaurent.

04/05/2010 Case complete @ NVC according to AVR. Sign In Failed.

5/12/2010 Hubby's Going to get Medical Exam done.

5/13/2010 Med Exam should be completed and picked up.

5/14/2010 Our son and I are meeting Hubby in Barbados.

05/18/2010 Interview date. :( No yes, but no no either!

05/25/2010 I DHL'ed the I-160 waiver, hardship letter, I-864, and supporting documents to Barbados Embassy.

05/27/2010 Requested Documents DELIVERED to US Embassy in Barbados.

--/--/---- Documents (I-601 Waiver and Hardship Letter) DELIVERED to Homeland Security in Santo Domingo.

--/--/---- I-601 APPROVED...hopefully.

--/--/---- I received the approval letter.

The reason they want the expiration date is because your passport needs to be valid for AT LEAST 6 more months before the visa is stamped on to it.

NVC checks for this requirement.
