So hubby sent our package Priority Mail (2-3 days) instead of overnight Express... Eventhough telling him to use the latter one several times.

Put student for the unaccounted for dates (if in fact he was a student at the time)... just so they know...

Pending our PAID status - I'm going to send the 230 in today..Fingers crossed. I am going over our checklist - We have the police clearance certificate but not the "passport office police certificate?" didn't see that anywhere on the govt checklist site...what is that!?!?!?

I dont know if all consulates require the 2 PCC's or not.. you will have to check... I know India requires both of them

I saw it! And found out ( from looking on the USPS-site myself) just after reading you post what was going on with our packages.

And I wanted to use aaaaaaalllllll of those words myself....

I hope everything works out fast for you!

And now I atleast know I don't have to check if it's been delivered for another day or two.

Might not apply for UK. There is a way you can check online for exactly what the UK process is. For Jamaica, all we needed was the police cert. not the passport clearance.

So, hubby says I need to stop worrying and that they will most likely overlook that small error on question 30 of our DS230... HA !! little does he know that this is the US gov, and the NVC will ship it back quick with even the harmless of errors. he says wait for the RFE... Im 50/50 on waiting. I feel like

Cover Letter

Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions

Photocopy of the Biographic Data Page(s) of Beneficiary’s Passport

Original/Certified Birth Certificate of beneficiary and a copy

Original/Certified Marriage Certificate and a copy

Original/Certified Passport Office Police Certificate for Beneficiary and a copy

Original/Certified Police Clearance Certificate and a copy

also... hubby forgot to mail me some copies of the DS-230 that just part one was signed incase we get an RFE for something... so I am really looking forward to tonight calling him and telling him that he has to mail me something else

Quick advice: The email RFE just came in. Should we send it out again? Yesterday's package went with the AOS barcoded cover sheet and a cover letter with RFE RESPONSE in huge fonts right on top. If we do send it, is it worth overnighting it again? I feel our only chance of an April interview is today morning's package if we're lucky. This one isn't really going to help us get the April interview.

if I remember correctly thoose were the 2 questions that kept me up on the phone with him until 1 am one morning.... lets see... I am telling him tonight to mail me some blank forms that all he did was sign....

Naw... Id just ignore the email. No need if you already have the package received by the NVC. Plus the barcoded cover sheet and RFE response is perfect.
