I want it to be over on Friday. Then, as soon as that SIF comes, I promise to relax.

I can call the bluff on this one smile.gif . I relaxed for the weekend that I got the SIF and then the whole process started again :-). When will my AVR update to Case complete?....... When will NVC send the packet to the consulate?......when is my interview date?.......It just keeps going on till the end. Who would have thought DHL website will be in my favorites folder.

But yes SIF is a major major mile stone and we do deserve a breather after that.

09-08-2009 : NVC case# assigned (Waiting game begins to Upgrade my case to IR-1)

01-22-2010 : Became U.S. citizen (Sent request to upgrade petition from F2A to IR-1 catagory)

02-17-2010 : Case finally upgraded to IR-1

03-20-2010 : Case complete

04-12-2010 : Receiced interview notice.

I agree with you, once we get LIF's we'll start freaking out about the next step... I think I'm going to go completely grey before the interview...Can I get a reimbursement for coloring my hair from NVC? :bonk:

3/1/2010 Initiated Payment of IV Processing Fee says "IN PROCESS".

3/9/2010 IV Processing Fee says "PAID".

3/23/2010 DS-230 and civil documents FedExed to NVC.(should arrive 10:30 3/24)

3/24/2010 DS-230 and civil docs received by NVC. Signed by K. StLaurent.

04/05/2010 Case complete @ NVC according to AVR. Sign In Failed.

5/12/2010 Hubby's Going to get Medical Exam done.

5/13/2010 Med Exam should be completed and picked up.

5/14/2010 Our son and I are meeting Hubby in Barbados.

05/18/2010 Interview date. :( No yes, but no no either!

05/25/2010 I DHL'ed the I-160 waiver, hardship letter, I-864, and supporting documents to Barbados Embassy.

No no, WFH.. your forms are being used as placemats for their huge NVC luncheons.. :yes:

I don't understand it. I wasn't so high strung and anxious until the IV processing fee said PAID. I guess because it's soo close that you can smell that visa. *Smells like flying fish* Atsleumas you know that's what they do in Barbados.

I already took time off work for end of May, now they better schedule the interview for may, or else I might be flying to New Hampshire and sitting outside of the building with rotten eggs and a banner with my NVC case number....

:rofl: :rofl: :rofl: Don't make me laugh out in my cubicle. I'm working too but I just decided not to commit to anything big in May because I really think that's when our interview will be. If not in may then the first week of june.
