Ok, just to reassure all of you. If you've already been issued a RFE, they will NOT issue you another (different) RFE. Unless the RFE response you sent in is incorrect, you're golden. We confirmed this with two operators since our case complete took so long and I was getting worried.

They will NOT RFE you for not writing your case number on the documents. Seriously, you guys need to chill the eff down. It's recommended so that the pages don't get separated. Like I said, we didn't put it on top of anything else apart from the I864 and the DS230 form. For other documents, you can write it in pencil or use a post-it note. But the barcoded cover sheet should be enough.

I couldn't help myself. I had to call and speak with an operator with our case status. She says that all they are waiting for is the DS-230 and docs. I told her that I sent it yesterday and it was delivered today according to FedEx. She said then they just need some more time to put it into the system. At least I know that there aren't any problems prior to DS-230 and docs.

NOPE!!! Cuz then we will all be freaking out about when the embassy will get our docs, appointments for interviews.. if embassies are too full.. WHAT IF THEY LOSE OUR DOCS? I think someone even suggested - our docs will be over the ocean! What if.. what if!!! There is no relaxing TheBears. There isnt.

Alicia!!! No! If we think like that, we're all gonna ... if we aren't already. After CC, our documents will be fine. They'll make it to the Embassy and we're all getting May interviews. Like.... May 5th. A few of us (Sachi, Vivek, Tharnsur, all the early CCers) will be worked in at the end of April because, gosh darn it, they deserve it.

I just want that interview letter. Tell me I'm missing everything. Birth certificates. Marriage certificate. AOS. IV. Whatever. I've got another set of originals and copies to bring to the interview. Just give me an interview already!

I agree with you, once we get LIF's we'll start freaking out about the next step... I think I'm going to go completely grey before the interview...Can I get a reimbursement for coloring my hair from NVC?

I'm with you on this one. Because Barbados Embassy basically wants the same things that I just sent to the NVC along with the appointment letter and the medical exam report.
