HEY! I am.. slowly losing my mind... but hangin in there chica. I know we both probably wont hear until next week. The waiting is UGH!!!!! I just pray theres not another RFE.... I mean, we should be ok, right? I even went thru all my paperwork all over again.. LOL

Argh, if they send me another RFE I will just hang myself and die slowly!!!!!!!!

But I don't think so. If they had to ask for more information they would have sent it all together. Sachi didn't get any other RFE after she sent the bank statement to NVC.

I think we are soooo close to the end. I know it's getting harder, especially because we've been waiting for a long time, but hopefully we'll all gonna meet in Vegas and get drunk laughing about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My recording changed today "We are waiting to receive your DS230 IV documents". I'm assuming that MIGHT mean that there were no problems with the I864?? Maybeeeee???

Seriously!! WE NEED TO DO THIS. Maybe if all is ok with us and things are proper, I think MARCH 2011, we all need to plan a NVC Marcher's Reunion in VEGAS! And all our spouses can see JUST how we made it thru this hell.

Go ahead and call and see Kev! Thats what I did. I made the operator TELL ME that my AOS was perfect! And she did! Twice!

that is always a good idea to do it... behind pictures and on copies of the documents.

BUT question is for original documents -

For Indian applicants, it is hard to get the original documents one more time.

Is it ok to put NVC case numbers on the original documents for Indian applicants?

Is it possible for one of the Indian applicants here to respond who has case complete or DS230 sent or have interview scheduled?

I did not put the case number on my originals and did not have any problems. All my other docs and copies had the case number on it. I wouldn't mess with Indian goverment docs since its so hard to get another one. If you are really worried about it then may be post it should work.

After only a few minutes on hold (Yay!) I spoke to a nice woman (Another Yay!) named Lilly. She told me they're missing the DS-230 Immigrant Visa Application and that my AOS is fine. The DS-230 was sent on Friday and received by NVC on Monday. Sooo.... False alarm. Nearly gave me a heart attack, though!
