As far as tracking your package from the NVC to the embassy, Once you know when your package left the NVC (ours left the 16th of March)...then you go to the DHL site and track by reference. So i put in EXP 15 Mar 2010A . you put the day prior to it leaving...and the spacing and formatting does have to be there otherwise it will tell you no records. Then you go down the list find your embassy....click the number on the left and it will give you current location of the package. You can sign up for txt or email updates for when it gets delivered.

Btw, my barcoded cover sheet for the original I-864 lists the address as ATTN: CMR AOS, 32 Rochester Ave. So I will change it to ATTN: DR AOS, but is it 31 or 32 Rochester? I assume they all get to the same place anyway, just don't want to introduce additional delays...

I just got off the phone with the Consulate in Frankfurt. She says that they haven't received the package yet, which I know, because it's in Cincinnati, but she told me that the NVC sends it electronically to them as well as mailing it. Based on how long it takes the NVC to send us emails I can understand they'll probably get the package first... I hadn't heard anywhere that it is sent electronically, so it's good to know. She also told me that there's still a very good chance that she'll get an April interview and that they understand that it's an "as soon as possible" thing for people.

Ok my AOS packet was received on the 17th (6 days ago) and my IV packet was received yesterday. I know the AVR isn't updated very well soooo, when do you suppose I should call to check on the AOS? IV? I know it's hard to believe, but I'm a little impatient

Kevin - I kno Im impatient too! It took them about a week and a half to review my AOS - so if I were you, Id call sometime this week to check on its status. the IV might take about the same time- if all goes well you should have a case complete by week of 29! I had to confirm with the operator that my AOS was ok.

hey bobo, have you checked to see if the AVR has received your checklist RFE? Mine showed it was received on the 20th per the AVR this am.

NEVERMIND- just saw your timeline and were on the same page friend!
