hiii,

shouldnt the avr say that they have my documents by now?? still have that stupid false rfe message. BOOOO.

They got my DS-230 3 days after it was delivered, but the AVR didn't update for 2 additional days, so it should change for you today or by the end of Monday I would say.

of course!! I have no issues getting a room... the only issue lies in me staying in the room :P

LOL, I know that once I'm done with NVC, that will clear up some freaking out to be applied to the interview too :) I'm so happy for you...

On the other note I had a question, how did you AVR change once you sent in AOS and they put it into system? Unfortunately It doesn't have message which says AOS is fine, no RFEs for you there, so I mine was received on monday and today the AvR changed to "waiting for biographic information" I know that's DS-230 package, but does it mean that AOS package is fine? Or simply that they entered it into AVR?

I agree, I didn't get an AVR that said they were waiting for Biographic Info. I got an AVR that said non-specifically, they had reviewed my documents and found info missing or incomplete. Note: they did not say in my financial info.

I waited for the operator, and they told me that everything is fine with my AOS and that they're waiting on the DS-230, which, they already had, but just didn't know it yet.

Well, I´ve been put into the RFE holding pattern. I am surprised that my file was processed so quickly though. I will try to call and speak with an operator tonight. Seems to be a common pattern here lately.

On a side note, my wife just called saying that she got the flowers I sent her for our 6 month wedding anniversary that is today.

I found an amazing company online that will deliver flowers to pretty much any country in the world, they charge in USD and it's pretty much the same price if I was to send her flowers here in the States. I've used them twice now and have no complaints.

Matt, it sounds like an RFE. Try to call again and speak with another operator. This is the same message I got when they RFEd me.
