Good morning! Today's going to be a good day for us all.

Currently the # of business days NVC is taking:

3-5 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

3-5 days to receive emailed links after case # has been assigned and email addresses been given to NVC operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

5-7 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

5-7 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

1. The IV Package I submit to NVC not my hubby?

Hubby will mail you all the needed documents and then you will mail them to the NVC

2. I need to have his original birth certificate, police clearance & passport copies to submit?

you are going to send in the originals and make a copy to send in

3. What else will I need? Want to be prepared & have the stuff in hand before submitting. Mail works really slow from India to US.

I suggest you read all the links that I sent you, it will walk you through step by step, also the mail from India to the US is not all that slow as long as you use express mail with either FEDEX or DHL

I mailed my hubby like 10 DS230 forms. Some so he can fill out & some so he can just put his signiture on it. Attorney told me to do that just in case.

you could of had him print them right out in India, if he doesnt have a computer, then he can go to any internet cafe

Great! We called NVC just at 7:30am EST today

The operator asked our names, birthdays and emails, and told us that we need to email NVCGuangzhou@state.gov directly to participate the Electronic Processing, we said we already emailed it a few days, but only got a auto-response, she said:"OK, then just wait for the response, there is nothing they can do."

Beside, we asked do we need to give our joint email or two seperate ones, she said it does not matter

All right, we hope the DS-3032 can email to us today or tomorrow, and, of course, we do hope our case can move smooth and quick, and get an interview in April

Hmmm I filled out the ds-3032 and sent them in via email as told by instructions from the electronic processing pages. I didnt receive an automated message though.

I am still happy, now to wait for them to send me an email letting me know it went through.

I am still learning how to do this electronic processing, it hurts my head and I really dont want to mess up.

finishing up my ds-230 so i can send that in today (hopefully) and get my name on that list! Question - for the additional sheet of paper (husband came into the country more than 3 times) do I just add the question number and continued to to the top of it??? does it need any other headers etc.?

Update:

AVR has been updated to state that they have rec'd our DS-3032, I haven't rec'd an email saying so, however.

We're waiting for IV Bill to show paid.

Today, I just have to finish the IV Package and hopefully it will go out yet today and we'll be on the list too. Good luck and best wishes to all.

I don't know about electronic processing, but I sent my DS3032 before receiving their request/email and it saved me a few days in the process.

You may want to try to email them today. You can find the template on the NVC shortcut. Good luck!

I sent the ds3032's last night in an email with the OPTIN for electronic processing. so I hope Im doing this right lol Just now waiting to figure out whether I have to wait for instructions on how to pay electronic or not as I have read somewhere I must wait for them to email me with futhur instructions.

as for passport stamps... Im from canada and he is in pa/md, we dont get stamped ..well i have one stamp and he has one stamp but due to driving we

dont get stamped anymore. as A canadian we dont use i-94's and in most cases dont need vistor visa's or anything.

so all that will tell us is the first and second flight dates hehe
