Hi March NVC'ers,

I know this question has probably been asked a million times already, but I can't figure out how to seach the "new and improved" site. What does 'sign in failed' mean?

Means when you try to log into the payment portal, it gives you the message of sign-in failed...the case is no longer eligeable for processing by the NVC...it is when the NVC is done with your file and forwards it to the consulate.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

I don't like picasa for useage - happy to use it for storage, though.

I use hard copy pro, for Screen Shots - http://www.desksoft.com/HardCopy.htm

I don't want something like picasa eating up resources on my computers...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

re: magic jack - unless somethings changed - is no list of call detail records. ya want 'call detail records' to use for proof.

Skype, when you pay for something with them, DOES SHOW call detail records.

No clue on OOMA.

I used Broadvox VOIP for years, switched to PhonePower VOIP last year - both have CDR.

I've a question, how do I go about changing the beneficiary's address? hubby had to move. Can I email the NVC or call customer service and give it to them as well??

Hello everyone! Things are moving fast, got the email from NVC in 2days after giving them email addresses!

I've a question, how do I go about changing the beneficiary's address? hubby had to move. Can I email the NVC or call customer service and give it to them as well??

You can write to them... but the update proccess is very slow in those days.... I would call an talk to an operator and ask if he able to make the change.....

When I use to call most of the time he confirm the address (in my case)........

Why the flipping fartenoodle is there no CC's when I logged in this afternoon???? I was sure thinking Sachinky would of been giving me some good news.... I am fixing to tell NVC who's balls they can suck on in about 3.2 seconds... AAAAAARRRGGGGH!!

I think Sachi is wisely "boycotting" VJ for her sanity. I am trying to do the same, but don't want to miss any of your guys's good news since I don't get any of my own for a week or so. The whole calling/payment page is sooooooooooooooooo stressful!!!

Thanks, took me about 30mins to get through but once I got through, operator was able to change it

VJ makes this process seem soooo easy, dont know what I would have done without this board.

Trying to time case complete to be done early April, DH will not be around late May, so we dont want an interview then
